All sales are final, we do not accept returns. If product defected please send an email to info@brushwiththebest.com and we will rectify the issue.

If your order is returned to sender for an incomplete address, you will be charged an additional shipping fee to have it sent out again. Please double check that your address is correct when placing your order. You may send an email to have your address corrected and if your order has not yet been processed we will do our best to correct it for you.

If for some reason your package is not delivered please first follow up with your local postal service.

International orders, depending on your order size and amount may be charged additional fees at customs as we do not cover duty fees.
